Flat fees
Pay for the stage you're in
Each fee covers the work listed, whatever the hours turn out to be. You decide about the next stage when you get there.
Letter review
A video call and a written read of the board's letter: what it says, what it asks, the deadline and a plan. A paid first stage with a set fee, quoted when you book.

Post-hearing brief
Each stage is one flat fee, quoted before it starts. Board and filing fees, records fees, evaluations, expert witnesses, transcripts and travel to an in-person hearing are paid by you, billed at cost, and quoted before we spend them. A third hearing day or court review of a denial is quoted on its own. Fees are the same whatever the outcome, and no outcome is promised.
Costs paid separately
What the fee never includes
Board and filing fees
Paid to the board, at the amount it sets. We tell you the amount before you pay.
Experts and evaluations
A clinician's evaluation, a forensic accountant or a standards expert. We quote them first.
Transcripts and court reporters
Billed by the provider at cost, only if a stage needs them.
Travel for in-person hearings
Most steps are by video. If a hearing must be in person, travel is billed at cost.
Fees fit the stage, not the hours
If your file doesn't match a stage on this page, we'll quote the work in writing before we start.
A call doesn't make us your lawyers; a signed engagement letter does.
