How it works
Six steps, in order
Same order for every board and every profession.
- 01
Send the letter, not a reply
Photograph or scan what the board sent, with the envelope. Don't answer it, and don't talk to the investigator yet.
- 02
A video call and a written read
We go through the letter together and send you a short written summary. This is the paid first stage.
- 03
A fixed quote for the next stage
If you want us to continue, we put the stage, the fee and the costs paid separately in an engagement letter.
- 04
We draft, you check every fact
You read the draft line by line. Nothing is sent to the board until you've said it's right.
- 05
Interview, conference or hearing
We prepare you and attend with you, by video wherever the board allows it.
- 06
When the board decides
We help you meet any terms, report what must be reported, and renew when the time comes.
First-call questions
What happens on the first call?
We read the letter, ask about dates and who has seen it, and tell you plainly what we think it means. You'll get a written summary within two business days.
Do I meet you in person?
You can, at our Norman office, but most clients never need to. Calls and document review run by video, and we scan what you send.
Who talks to the board?
We do, once you've hired us. We tell you before each contact and send you copies of everything.
Start with the letter
Book a video call and have the letter and any deadline at hand.
A call doesn't make us your lawyers; a signed engagement letter does.
